The Eldess platform has been designed to fill the support gap, it is intended to equip you with the means to support your parents/ elders tangibly, by buying for them various services, enabling them to stay in better touch with you and their own friends, and to enable you to get good advice on elders’ topics.

Management Team

Roopesh Kumar (CEO, Agewell Technologies)

Roopesh is the Founder of Eldess. He has a wide experience in fields like outsourcing, technology and finance, having worked for companies like UBS, DSL Software, Flexex Technologies (a start-up in electronic transactions), British Gas, and SBI Capital Markets.

Roopesh did his PGDM (MBA) from IIM Calcutta, and B Tech from IIT Delhi .

Maneesh Mehra (COO, Agewell Technologies)

Maneesh is a co-founder of Eldess. Maneesh has worked extensively in Information Technology. He was India CEO of e2e Infotech, where he set up the e2e Delivery center in India, and established the delivery processes and operations for the company. He has earlier worked in Infosys and Nexgen in areas of IT consulting, business development, and project management. A travel and movie enthusiast, he has been to over 100 places till now.

Maneesh is a PGDCM (MBA) from IIM Calcutta, and holds a B Tech degree from IIT Kharagpur.

R V Raman (CMO, Agewell Technologies)

Raman has worked extensively in marketing and brand management/ advertising. He has worked with Ogilvy, was the CEO of Dentsu Inc in India and was among the founders of Salveo Life Sciences. He is credited with the success of the Himalaya brand, and is also associated with brands like Toyota, Hitachi, Xerox, Digital, Nestle, Weekender, and AyurVAID.

Ganesh Subramanium (Non Exec Director)

Gani’s experience lies in venture cap financing and general management. He is a co-Promoter of Ayurvaid, an Ayurveda hospital chain, and was the CEO of Medi-Assist India (now a part of Reliance ADA group). He has worked with Nadathur Holdings (fund sponsored by N S Raghavan, co founder, Infosys), E&Y, Coopers & Lybrand and BankAm.
