One of the epoch making secrets of Tibetan Yoga is the slowing and reversal of the ageing process. Aged people can enjoy freedom from chronic pains and all ailments related to old age. It is also beneficial for back ache, neck ache, arthritis, blood pressure, insomnia, diabetes, weight, respiratory & digestion problems.

A 4 hour workshop will be delivered including:

  1. Positive thinking (using the power of subconscious mind and visualisation & control negative thinking)
  2. Pranayam (breathing exercises)
  3. Stretches to relieve stress and muscle pain
  4. 5 Tibetan Rites (yogic exercises the Tibetan Lamas did to stay young and live a long healthy life)
  5. Meditation

The 5 simple Tibetan exercises for senior citizens make them feel more energetic, get relief from aches and pain and improves their concentration and life style, to make them stress free in a practical way.

This can be done in 2 sessions of 2 hours each plus one follow up.

After the workshop you will get CD and booklet so that people can practice on their own.

This package also includes follow up session at your home after 15days to make sure everyone is doing them well and to get feedback of the benefits of doing the exercises.

There is an additional charge of Rs 1100/ per person for any additional persons in the same session.

This offer is applicable in Mumbai only.

Sessions will be delivered at your Home at a time mutually agreed between client & Instructor.

About the instructors:
Rustam Patel: Learnt the skills involved in Yoga from Swami Dhirendra Bhramacahari for 8 months in Kashmir and for a year from the world renowned Yoga teacher, Iyengar. Has been practicing and teaching Tibetan Yoga for 4 years.

Razia Patel: Learnt Meditation and Siddha Yoga in an ashram in Ganeshpuri in India, and since then has been teaching meditation all over the country for the last 20 years. Learnt Tibetan Yoga from a Yoga institute in USA and has been teaching on it for 4 years. She also practices Tai Chi, Chi Gong, and Pilates.
