Notes:

  1. Eldess will support fixing date of appointment based on preferred date requested by you in the form below
  2. On the day of the test, the patient must report in the morning to the center after having fasted for 12 hours and register at the corporate counter. If the patient is accompanied with Eldess attendant, then the attendant will take care of completion of all formalities.
  3. Some of the tests will be conducted immediately on registration, there afterwards, the patient shall proceed to the cafeteria for a complimentary break-fast. After breakfast, post prandial tests will be done.
  4. The entire process of this examination takes about 2-3 hours.
  5. Test reports will be dispatched to the address mentioned by you on the following business day.
  6. Product price mentioned below is the over-all price you pay. It includes lab charges, admin fees, extra charges for advanced test(s), accompanying attendant etc. as opted for by you.
